@michaelaI was thinking damn don't mess up. Sue's taking pictures. I really like making mochas because the chocolate.... the sugar and fats in the sauce makes it easier to draw prettier things with the milk. Because it makes the consistency almost more oily so when you pour milk in it separates better. I'm addicted to chocolate. It's fun. And I like how the different beans of the coffee mixes different with the SF born-and-raised Ghirardelli chocolate.
