Mochas are fun, you get to add a little bit of chocolate to them. It's one of the few drinks especially an iced one where you can't screw up on the milk.

I really like making mochas because the chocolate.... the sugar and fats in the sauce makes it easier to draw prettier things with the milk. Because it makes the consistency almost more oily so when you pour milk in it separates better.

I was thinking about sleep.

I like adding honey to the rim, to make it a bit sweeter, because the cappuccino is a little bit bitter.

IT'S A RITUAL.
I love it.
With matcha it's more just measuring, and mixing the powder with the hot water, and I think that alone is just fun to make. I'm just a cook in the kitchen, whipping up something.
And it's muscle memory for me now.
